Lots of potential here!
Great check-in with Andrew, presenting the property and our dome. The room was comfortable and quiet. The dinner was somewhat of a fiasco with 5/13 menu items not available. We got the burger, which was a simplified version of the menu description, but it was well-cooked and flavorful. Clouds prevented the evening astronomy session, but we saw stars in the early AM from our dome. Really a cool facility, and if they can get the property fully developed, staffed, and iron out the kitchen/food situation, it will be a great place.

2/10 Poor

My hiking group was so excited to stay here however, the cleaning products they use are extremely toxic, overly used, and made three of us sick. They couldn’t rectify the problem so we had to leave at 9pm at night and struggle to find an alternate place to stay. They use fabuloso as their cleaning agent which is extremely toxic and when it made us sick they said if we left we wouldn’t get any of our monies returned because it was a personal preference. NO. IT WAS MAKING US SICK. We had no choice but to leave. They are refusing to return the $750 it cost us to stay there. Do not go here if you care about your health. We are not the only ones who have complained about this issue.

The dome was absolutely amazing!! The stars need their own honorable mention. The staff was very helpful with the check in process. They also drive you to your dome and show you around!!! The shower itself was worth every dime we spent. Our only complaint was with dinner. We waited forever for drinks followed by being told our order never made it to the kitchen so we waited even long. The food was also not at all worth the amount they charged. Thankfully they took care of our food for the inconvenience. The live music was awesome!!! They also offer free s’more kits to be roasted over the fires they have lit around the patio. Very nice touch! We will definitely be back. Hopefully they have the restaurant figured out by then!

Don’t not stay here until they get their stuff together. When we first arrived it look great. We were shown to the first dome #3 which face the front entrance where everyone can see into it when the pull in. And it faced the road where you can see every car driving by. Then moved to another dome. That dome #15 we poorly built, broken wood panels on the wall the concrete floor was cracked. The bathroom was a total disaster. Each sink head was leaking. Taking a shower floods the bathroom floor, water doesn’t stay in the shower. The temperature gauge didn’t work well. It was either very hot or ice cold. WiFi was very spotty, which is needed because there is zero cell reception. The whole reason booking the done is to see stars at night. But you can’t have a single light on inside the dome, if you do you can’t see out. Now the restaurant really needs help. We ate a burger for lunch and it was really good. But dinner was horrible. Steak was bland, zero flavor at all. Same as the sides. Wife had chicken which came out raw. After about 45 after we ordered. So I will say they have some hope to get things on the right track. But I don’t recommend this place for the price they are charging!!!!

April
This was an awesome experience! To see all the stars from bed was amazing! Staff at dinner was amazing. Only had not so great staff once at breakfast (just took them forever to acknowledge us/service). But other than that this weekend trip was an awesome experience!
