We loved the location - right amongst the sights & sounds of Chinatown & within walking distance of numerous places we wanted to visit. It's relatively close to the train station as well, which is handy for those using the KLIA service. However, the whole floor we stayed on smelt of cigarette smoke & our bed linen was quite stained (we have photos but don't think I can upload them here as part of a review). The staff were nice but some areas of the hotel just felt unclean. It was ok for travellers like us who just needed a bed for a one night stopover, but I don't know if we'd stay here again.
