Really good location if you're looking to not stay directly on the beach as it's only 2 blocks from the beach. It's quiet too - however definitely not the cosiest or cleanest.

Had to book here for a business trip, can be defined as a 2 star hotel. Infrastructure and furniture are shouting for a renovation, had many problems like a flooded room due to the old A/C that sweats inside the room, someone entered by mistake in my room, front desk is small but lots of people (with no apparent reason), the wardrobe door was lose and came out in my hand. Shower is excellent and A/c was working fine despite the age and the already mentioned architectural problem. Breakfast is ok. I am sure any of those will be fixed as the hotel was full with noisy tourists.

We had a really disappointing and dissatisfying stay at this property. Upon arriving after 3 flights, all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. The water was freezing cold, and when we asked for help we were met with nothing and were told to wait until tomorrow. Every single night of our stay the same thing happened and we were met with nothing from the staff. Upon asking to speak with a manager, again we were told to wait for the morning, and every morning were told that the manager was not working. We booked this hotel because a safe was pictured but upon arrival, again, nothing but disappointment. There was no safe door attached and it took them 2 full days to install. In addition, WiFi only worked in the lobby and we wasted a ton of our (quite expensive) cellular package as a result. The staff did not help with anything and we got 0 compensation from the hotel. We paid a premium price for a very below average stay and would not recommend at all.

Fui bastante preocupado com as avaliações do site, porém minha experiência foi em grande parte positiva. Quanto a estrutura do quarto, fiquei em um quádruplo, que era bastante espaçoso. O hotel é antigo, como padrão de Copacabana, mas não faltou nenhum item de comodidade. Ar era split, enxoval em bom estado, atendimento muito bom. Tive somente 2 pontos negativos. O espaço do café da manhã, que é muito reduzido, gerando desconforto devido a demanda de hóspedes. Em um dos dias desisti de tomar café no hotel pois apesar de aguardar, não havia local disponível. O segundo ponto negativo foi na última noite, quando não havia água quente disponível.a água simplesmente foi diminuindo ao ponto de não sair mais(havia somente água fria) Informei a recepção, que prontamente enviou a camareira para verificar. Segundo ela havia aumentado o fluxo de água. Para quem entende, sabe que o problema não era de fluxo. Água estava fria, como se boiler estivesse com pouca água, tanto que acabava se permanecesse ligada. Camareira noturna foi de pouca ajuda, informou que a água não sai quente mesmo rs. Como era o último dia, deixamos pra lá. Café da manhã estava com itens de qualidade, quarto estava limpo e cheiroso em minha chegada. A localização é excelente. Ficaria novamente sem problemas.

Nas redes sociais o hotel é lindo, fotos e etc etc... Na realidade é horrível, começando pela recepção, os elevadores são horríveis, o salão do café da manhã, e minúscula (hóspedes têm de esperar os outros hóspedes terminar de comer pra sentar), cobrança por tudo, começando por guardar as malas...

Pra chamar de ruim, tem que melhorar muito. O hotel é muito velho, parece de filme de terror. É muito abaixo do medíocre. Sujo, muito sujo! O quarto tinha cinza de cigarro na janela e fedia horrores (eu tenho asma e não me trocaram de quarto), paredes imundas, janelas também. A roupa de cama e banho, são um caso a parte. Insalubres e morri de nojo e medo de pegar uma doença. Ar condicionado não gela, televisão pega dois canais e Wi-Fi não funciona. O café não surpreenderia em nada, levando em conta o quanto esse lugar é ruim. Tudo velho, poucas opções, não repõem o que falta direito e não tem lugar para nem 1% dos hóspedes sentarem. Tomei café na rua nos dias restantes. Viajo bastante e nunca em hotéis de luxo. Já passei alguns perrengues mas nada que se compare ao que se vive nesse lugar. Todos os hóspedes reclamam o tempo todo. Os quartos não são em nada o que eles mostram nas fotos. Propaganda enganosa feroz! Sou do interior do Rio e estive à trabalho, passagem rápida pq do contrário, teria encarado um prejuízo e mudado de hotel. Tive pena dos turistas, porque sempre nos planejamos, gastamos dinheiro, economizamos para isso e ter essa terrível surpresa é complicado. Todo mundo se sentindo feito de bobo. Fico me perguntando sobre a segurança do local. Se o que podemos ver é desse jeito, imagina manutenção de elevador, parte elétrica... Tudo isso com um preço nada barato, que fique claro! Esse lugar deveria ser interditado

El hotel esta super mega bien ubicado en copa cabana. Pero es un hotel viejo con muchas precariedades. Creo que es un hotel para viajes de poco presupuesto ya que es barata una habitacion con 4 camas. Las camas un poco incomodas, los baños un poco falta de higiene, no por falta de limpieza, sino por lo viejo del hotel. El ascensor bien rayo y nunca pudimos disfrutar del desayuno ya que el espacio era extremadamente pequeño y habia que hacer largas filas.
