Great airport hotel
Great hotel if you want to catch a plane. The walk to terminal One is not that far and you are right there to catch you plane in the morning

Convenient and clean hotel
It is convenient for over night at the airport. Be aware there is no window in the room.

Convenient for transit.
The hotel needs renovation no doubt. Staff is helpful but we could not get the shuttle in time so had to walk hurriedly to check in. Breakfast was decent.

Very Good8.0
The staff is extremely helpful, going the extra mile to accommodate the guest needs. I arrived hours earlier, and they did register me without any additional charges. All my requests were provided at timely fashion, and the way I needed. This is the most important to make the guest feel comfortable. However, two things are inconvenient. On the site, it shows self parking - one infers there is parking. Note that there is NO PARKING; one has to use the Airport parking lot, and the price is a robbery sponsored by the government airport authority. This self parking information should be removed from the HOTELS.COM site, this is misleading the customer. Secondly, the hotel is on the old terminal 1, which is closed. One has to walk 1.5 km to get to terminal 2, and there is no transportation between them. The signs indicate to be a scheduled van, but it was discontinued, and signs were not removed. For seniors and those with difficulty to move, stay at this hotel would be a painful experience, due to the distance to terminal 2. One last thing. The rooms have NO windows, and this could bring some claustrophobic feelings to some people. However, overall it is a good hotel.
