Room was excellent and spacious but food and beverages section was below average. Check in procedure was bit slow also no keys for 3 hrs due to some card reader issue, instead of pre authorisation charges they taken extra amount at arrival directly charged on card. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the carpet It make me a bit disappointed.
