Great place! Front desk helpful and friendly, convenient to everything. Kitchen amenities is complete however they need to leave instructions how to operate the oven. Con- steep stairs so not friendly for people with aches and pain on knees and back.

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Edinburgh. Walking distance to restaurants and tourist spots like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Great pubs nearby and easy access to transportation. Communication and cleanliness were great! Only minor criticisms were limited toilet paper left and the wifi was very slow.
