A quirky hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable modern room. Really good breakfast. Great location in the old town. The lounge area at the Eve restaurant was comfortable for a glass of wine and we even observed the pasta making group which looked very interesting! We shall definately be back!

The room was excellent, compact but well designed and spotless. Twice daily cleaning/turn down service andreplenishment of bottled water , coffee etc was a real bonus. The hotel is superbly situated in Edinburgh and has really excellent facilities in terms of bars, restaurants and the library. Staff were top quality and so helpful.

From stepping through the door of this amazing hotel every moment was perfect. Bubbles on arrival, early check in, fantastic staff, friendly, customer focus.
