Stranger unlocked our door and propped it open
The main reason for my poor review was that we came back one afternoon to find our door propped open! We guess it was the cleaning crew accidentally there on the wrong day, but nothing got cleaned. Several other doors on the hall were similarly propped for over the hour we were there. Anyone could have walked in and taken everything! After that I did not feel safe not knowing who had the codes to come in, and I did not sleep well. Also, there was a 12 cup coffee pot, but only coffee for 1 cup in 4 days. The queen bed was pressed into a corner making it difficult to get in and out of for the 2nd person. Also, the only place to sit other than the bed was a stained sofa and 2 hard, metal dining chairs. Mostly, I did not feel safe.

staying here as a long term rental. The accommodations are nice and comfortable. But the communication with the company is horrendous. This is not a standard hotel, there is no staff on site (you are in an apartment building). That’s fine but when you call for any assistance it takes forever to get them to respond/react. Also the key code is super annoying. Tip: Download the latch app and call and ask them to enable it for your stay. then you can unlock the doors with your phone. game changer!

9/10, Would Stay At Again
I was a little iffy on making the reservation and a bit nervous given some reviews. However, looking back on it, it was honestly a great experience. Perfect distance from Union Station (yes, you can hear the trains slightly at night but not nearly as bad as some would think). Grocery store right up the street, and the provided kitchen in the room was nice. Bed was a bit more firm than expected, but that's more a preference thing. I think the only real headache was figuring out the code system, namely as some other users have listed using the Latch app while others mentioned the keypad system. It's a bit more forgiving in terms of time than some make it seem, and easy to understand once you got the hang of it. Just a bit of a curve to get used to.

Great location but mediocre stay
The housekeeping and maintenance team are lovely. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. However, the apartment was not great. The bed visibly sagged. People left trash in the hallways, and someone had a dog that barked all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it, and the woman informed me that they didn't have anything to do with the company I was renting from, so I was out of luck.

The room could've been a little more cleaner. There is/was hair all over the couch and looked as if no one swept or mopped the floors. There's hairs all over the floor. It's a mix of long hair and looks like beard hairs, its mainly on the baseboards and corners. I went to get a shower and turned the thingy to start the shower and there's not much water pressure because a ton of water comes out from the spigot when shower is on. It'd be nice if there's a map or something in the welcome package so folks like myself can know what's around here to do, eat, shop and how to get to places by foot.

Great location
I had a mixed experience. I appreciated having an efficiency versus a hotel room. However, this is not a hotel, so don't expect that kind of service. I emailed and telephoned several times, trying to extend my stay without ever getting a response. The bathroom was nice enough, the bed was terrific, and the internet connectivity was really good. However, the TV didn't work, and it was 78 - 81 degrees in the room until they fixed the AC.

Horrific experience. No service, dirty room, nobody available to help, we had to leave and book another hotel room somewhere else. Global Luxury Suites is not even refunding anything. There was another customer at the same time who had the same experience. Incredibly bad, do not use this provider.
