The room, check in service and car park were excellent. Loved the location and ease of catching trams into city centre. The only disappointment was that I had to chase up 4 days after stay to get my holding credit returned released back into my accounts. The uniqueness of the original Pentridge property was so interesting. The availability of shopping/movie/dining precinct was great. My only issue is that i think $19 per night for parking in addition to the hotel rate is a little steep, especially is an area so far from the city, making a car a necessity.
