We never checked in!! The lobby was empty. Empty of people AND furniture. There were people hanging around in the parking lot.
As two women traveling, we did NOT feel safe to even exit the car!!

TVs don’t work and require some type of service to make them work also we woke up at 2am with roaches in our bed my wife and I left at 230am and slept in the car will never stay here again

only good things TV has able to show the baseball game I wanted to watch and bed was alright (pillows sucked-but I brought my own). Listed as having wifi but did not, no ice machine, shower water luke warm at hottest and it was cold at cold setting and cold at hot setting and luke warm somewhere in-between, Carpet had not been vacuumed recently.

Creepy place, damaged walls in hallways, unfinished walls inside the room, was mold stinking, sticky floors, bed cover within the cigarette burned hole, cabinets missing doors. Very nasty one

Looked like dried blood splattered on the wall when you walk in the room. There was a brown stain on sheets. The room smelled like stale smoke. It was truly disgusting.

We only stayed one night but the over all experience was not the best. The front desk was excitable but she acted like we were inconveniencing her a bit. When we would go in and out of the she never said anything just looked at her phone. She was on her phone talking to someone while we were checking in. The room was fine and clean.

The room itself was fine. It was affordable for a reason though. Walking through the hallway, it felt very rundown. Some rooms even had the room number written on the wall with a Sharpie. The overall clientele that stay there, I wouldn’t trust to even ask directions. As long as you don’t have valuables to leave in your room, don’t mind noise and are ok with knowing you’re not getting access to even a vending machine… it’s affordable.

Check in was quick. There was no remote for the TV but I found the button on the TV to turn it on. I was given a remote and directions on programming it but I couldn't figure it out. One paper was hard to read. The remote for the TV didn't work.

I had to request a different room 3 times due to unknown substances dripping down the walls, stuff smeared on the windows, and hair in the sheets. I took pictures of the things i am talking about. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere after the 3rd room change. I tried to get my money back and told them i am not staying there showing them the obvious cleanliness issues but the wouldn't refund my money.

Very run down, The rooms are in bad shape, broken/missing appliance's, graffiti in the rooms, plaster on the walls crumbling in places. WiFi is there but an extremely weak signal. It doesn't reach into the rooms, just really the main lobby and into some of the hallways. Be prepared to be nearly frisked every time you enter. Don't know if its for safety? Or to keep none guests out. Very strict policy on visitors. No visitors or risk losing your room. either way its not reassuring.

Super GHETTO and nasty. Bath faucet stuck out of the wall at least 2 inches. Sink was clogged. Mold in the ceiling. Finger and hand prints on the headboard as well as bathroom mirror. Microwave and fridge, but no coffee pot. No breakfast or even coffee offered in the lobby.
Dirty room, dirty hallways. Dirty elevator. Garbage outside in the parking lot. Just gross.

The room was clean and had what I needed but there was no wi-fi, it would not connect. I asked the desk clerk but he said ‘that happens all the time’ ‘it has to do with the walls’ he told me to keep trying but there was nothing he could do to help. I was unable to connect. This left me with a sour taste in my mouth, it was billed as an amenity, but turned out to be unavailable.

In the process of a remodel so everything is not yet situated. If there was wifi, I wasn't informed. No luxuries, only the cheapest products. No coffee machines, ice buckets, or Bibles in the room. The phone was missing all of the buttons and wasn't even plugged in. New smart tv and showers but the shower curtain didn't come down far enough. Looked and smelled like there was new paint but it was not professionally done. The black doors and accents gave the hotel a gloomy feel. I would not be staying here again.

This hotel is under renovation - from the lobby to the rooms. Everything seems half-finished, like when you hire your unemployed brother to do a kitchen remodel. There were new carpets and flooring in my room, but no molding it had an unfinished look. The beat up furniture didn't meet the standard of the new floors. I'm hoping furniture replacement is on the agenda. This hotel might be fine in six month. For now it's a work in progress. It also had an unwelcoming vibe. There were signs taped up with rules about how many people can ride in the elevator, or which credit cards they wouldn't accept (the list was long), or whether you could have visitors in your room. It had a "stay off of my lawn" feel to it. The staff were friendly and helpful but the property has a long way to go.

The room was filthy, walking around the room made my feet dirty. There were crumbs in the bedding, stains on the sheets. My table lamp didn't work, the phone didn't work, the outlet was hanging out of the wall and I had to program the TV myself. The front desk person tried to collect my deposit twice and kept leaving the front desk area so I had to call the hotel from my cell phone from the front desk when I accidentally got locked out of my room. The morning lady walked into my room as she was doing a check on rooms of guests that's checked out when I told her I was not checking out until 11. She went in anyway. Very disappointed dissatisfied and would never stay again. I want a refund but they make you sign off on no refunds before even seeing the room!
