Don't stay here
The property was new and clean. However the check in process was pathetic. I booked on Hotels.com and when I arrived, you require a door code to enter the premises and your room. As the hotel does not have anyone who works there, you need to call a number that is listed on the door. Before they give you the codes, you are required to fill in a form on a link that is sent to you by text. When you have filled in the form, they text you the property and room codes. After waiting 15 minutes in the car park for the link for the form, I called back and they said that they were busy due to the fact that they had a lot of calls from different hotels. I finally received the codes 25 minutes after arriving at the hotel. Lucking, it wasn't raining. I would strongly suggest not staying here.

Great value for money
Big room and very quiet. Plenty of space for the Portacot which we brought with us. Bed was firm but comfortable. Water was nice and hot in the shower but had to keep the bathroom door shut as there was a warning of a $1000 fine if the smoke alarm went off because of the steam! Microwave, kettle, small fridge and tea towel in the room were very convenient. Long life milk, tea and instant coffee provided in the room. Very good value for money. Easy checkin process online with text message sent with door code details. Plenty of parking in carpark at front of hotel but not undercover.

Disaster
No staff on site, I arrived and called number on door to get access code to enter hotel and room, after 3 hours a stranger opened our door with the same code sent to him, he called hotel, hotel called me twice to ask who I was, then off site manager knocked on my door on 3 occasions asking for information on my booking, total disaster, very tired the next day. Would not recommend.

Love the check in anytime feature. 2am, no problem. Room needs a bit of maintenance, (the spout/mixer in the bathroom sink was loose and the tap handles in the shower were all pointing the wrong way. The water tasted heavily of chlorine. Minor details. Really liked the amount of power points and USB charging points in the room. Room was clean and well presented.
