Service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand who was unhappy enough to complain. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and well taken care of. I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.

My only complaint was that we were not allowed to stay in the VIP lounge after our checkout. I know that's due to their rules, but as my parents are elderly (both are 80+), I was hoping they would make an exception for them. We had a later flight so we were only able to rest in the lobby...would have been nice to see the hotel make an exception for elderly, disabled customers.
