Old hotel
Old hotel. The carpet was super dirty. You must put on your slippers to avoid the “stickiness” feeling and the sink in the toilet was clogged. You need to wait for the water to drain…..there are tons of hotels in that area. You have more selections with that budget.

Value for money.
The staff at the hotel were extra friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient- only a 5 mins walk to the tour bus meeting points. The hotel was being renovated during our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, but the sofa was very dirty. It needs to be replaced as it was too unclean (stained) to use. Also, the humidifier was very noisy. We couldn't use it during the night as it would keep us awake. I imagine the room will be updated. A USB port would have been useful. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The free POLA toiletries were of great quality. Overall, I would use this hotel again. The free drinks service in the nice lounge area were appreciated. I wished I had more time to use the spa facilities.

Surprisingly Good!
I stayed here for 3 days. The room was big enough and very clean. I would recommend anybody to stay there if you go to Naha.

4/10 Fair

Disappointing
Let's start with the positives: the location is good, the breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff were extremely kind and as helpful as possible. The negatives: The room seems to be rather outdated and the bathroom fan didn't work, so there was no way to circulate the air. The windows can't be opened without a special tool that only the staff have and the heating/cooling system was locked to heat. Although we did visit during winter, being that it was Okinawa, it was still quite warm out, so we felt the AC was necessary. . The room was hot and stuffy and when we asked the staff to turn the AC to cool, they said that they couldn't. They brought us a small fan to circulate the air, but even that wasn't enough to cool the room down, so a member of the staff came up with a special tool and wrenched the window open for us. He said he was only able to leave it open for a few minutes, though, as it was a safety hazard. He came back 5 minutes later to close it back up. There are washers and dryers available, but there is no real system in place, so everyone is aggressively trying to secure a dryer after their clothes are done washing. Because the dryer cycles are much longer than the washing cycles, it gets very congested in the laundry area. That is through no fault of the hotel, but be warned that if you are banking on using the washers and dryers, it may be a bit of a struggle. The staff was very kind and did their best to help us out, but the stay was disappointing.

Valet parking was available in a busy Naha shopping district. Very convenient as it is located minutes of walking distance away from monorail and shopping district.
