Very comfortable room
I had missed my flight so it was a rough morning. After I booked my hotel, I called the front desk to get directions of where to catch the shuttle. Cornelia answered and was very nice and gave me really good instructions of where to find the shuttle. Then when I arrived at the hotel, she was at the front desk, welcoming me with a big smile and again very helpful with breakfast times, restaurant hours, and where the nearest shopping was. She really made my day and my stay enjoyable!

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Everywhere is clean and well looked after. Rooms basic but pleasant. Only criticism is that no basic tea in the room but coffee or calamine. Breakfast exceeds with choice. Less than 10 mins to airport

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was really well cleaned - which is very important to me. Breakfast was the high point of the stay though. I was expecting a simple breakfast but was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. My only complaint is that, even though I called several times to set up the shuttle pick up service, which is offered with the booking, I couldn’t get through and had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel. In fairness I did call the same day I was traveling so be advised and make sure to give yourself time and call a few days before your check in.
