Surprisingly good stay. I was there for a business meeting the following day and, based on some of the reviews, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, modern and extremely comfortable, with decent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi. I may have been upgraded due to my status, but either way the room was excellent. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food, but overall I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily stay again.

The room itself was one of the best I have stayed at, beds were massive and air con worked great. My only gripe was the £10 parking charge, I would understand more if it was closer in the centre so it felt a little sour to be forced for this, maybe normal for the area. Would stay again but just take note of the extra charge before booking.

Stayed over one night whilst attending a conference near the University Hospital of Wales. The location was perfect for this venue. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean but was let down by the dated carpets in the corridors and some public spaces. Would stay again.

Only issue was noise, was woken at 11.45pm by a family moving room, understand this happens but they were continuously slamming the door. And woken the next morning at 4.30am with slamming doors and drunk young adults wondering the Corridors.

The staff were lovely and attentive. Our room was spacious and in good condition, with almost everything we needed. There is a bus stop into the city centre nearby which was helpful for us. We enjoyed breakfast too. The coffee pod machine in our room was leaking, and we were onky provided with decaf pods which was a shame. There was also only one robe provider despite it being a booking for two people.
