Pros: -Apartment was very spacious and clean. -Great costumer service. -Free onsite parking. -Fantastic location. Cons: -Not enough towels provided- although these were given to us when we asked -Bathrooms could do with clean/refurb. Some mould showing -Swimming pool and jacuzzi tiles were broken and dirty.

Location and amenities are great. But the rooms lack maintenance and breaking down. We stayed 8 nights and had to change room twice because of issues mainly with the bathrooms. Staff is OK but they didn’t make any attempt to make it up for the room moves (we had to pack and unpack twice) not even a “sorry note”… we will not be coming back to this hotel

Old and worn.

Very worn facilities. Most things in the kitchen was either missing or not working (oven, dishwasher). Not clean upon arrival, and only cleaned the apartment once during a whole week, after complaining multiple times. Pool area quite old and not well maintained. Description for facilities and amenities were not correct, several items missing / not offered any longer. City tax indicated during booking did not match at all what the hotel demanded.

Communal areas were clean and well kept. Unfortunately our room was not so nice. We had issues with the door handle coming off which we did point out to staff on more than one occasion.
