I hate to provide negative feedback as I have stayed in the past and been very pleased, This time there were some issues that I feel need addressing. The elevator was not working from the 1st floor going up for most of our 5 day visit and there wasn't even a note to advise that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to go get to the elevator and bring it down or go up any further. Not everyone can physically climb even one flight of stairs. There were ants in the kitchen and snacks (not ours) in the furniture, and we were locked out of our suite twice on checkout day. I do have to give the staff high praise as they couldn't have been more pleasant, even when determining that our late check out had not been extended to our keys (twice).

Likes: Beautiful property with sprawling pools & great Orlando location. Loved that the property was very walkable to amenities from every building. No need to move the car around on property like some other large resorts. Rooms were spacious & an outstanding value for the price we paid. Dislikes: Only one elevator was working in the whole building & it sounded as if it were on its last leg. The 'out of order' sign on the other looked pretty dust covered. The slides seemed to close really early & at random times. Wifi seemed to drop a lot, but did improve a bit as the week went along.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. We loved having the restaurants on property. The activities were great for our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received a text or call each day asking if we needed anything. The beds were very comfortable. We used Lyft to get to Disney and Universal. Both parks were close by and didn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to get to them. We will definitely be staying here again.
