We had an excellent stay at Future Inn Cardiff Bay. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of space to make traveling with children comfortable and stress-free. i travelled with my son. Our room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and having so much room to relax after a day out made a real difference to our stay. Air conditioning was great too especially on our hot days. shower had great water pressure too. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each morning, even with my son being picky. Everything was well presented and regularly replenished, making for a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the location is ideal for exploring Cardiff Bay and the surrounding attractions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cardiff.

Excellent location being so close to Cardiff Bay and free parking as hotel guest is nice. You can tell the property is quite dated though and could do with some upgrades to rooms. Our air con did not seem to be working or not strong enough so that could be an improvement. Didn't try the restaurant but the bar area seemed nice and relaxing to sit and lounge.
