Lovely hotel and great value for money. Just a short walk to Cardiff Bay and a short taxi ride to Cardiff shopping centre. Really nice hotel close to Cardiff bay with free parking. Place is clean and tidy and staff are good. Only complaint was the temperature of the room. A/c claimed to be working, but I'm not convinced it cooled it to the 19 degrees it was promising. Had to remove the 10.5 tog duvet from the cover and sleep in just the cover.

The hotel was fine reflecting a four stars hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the staffs were very helpful, the location, being at the bay, is great and the breakfast was great too. I highly recommend the hotel and will consider it for my next travel to Cardiff!

Stayed for the 1 night as a needed to get away from stress and work. Check in was quick and easy, staff explained services like parking, restaurant and access to room very well. Lift was out of order which for someone who works in hospitality, can relate to how frustrating that can be. Room was big and spacious, handy with an 8 year old with a lot of energy, Restaurant was nice, good selection of food, and for price too, only criticism would be was warm, due to lack of air conditioning, which again might be technical fault, which can't fault the staff or food quality. Checking out was straight forward too so was a very good night away.
