Very pleasant stay in an excellent venue. We had an accessible room for my partner, which included a well designed and maintained wet room bathroom, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. Some parts were a little worn, but it's a hotel And within easy walking distance of the bay itself, even when on crutches. All in all an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to bok again if the need arises.

Upon arrival plenty of car parking spaces to choose from, although check in was busy staff made the process quick and easy. Our room was very clean with a decent sized comfy bed, air con and a bath. Hotel is 10 min walk from the Wales Millenium centre and all the food outlets in the bay. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Just a short walk to Cardiff Bay and a short taxi ride to Cardiff shopping centre. Free parking was a really good bonus and the air con in the room was terrific over the last few days when we had a really comfortable 3 nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for an easy walking distance to Cardiff Bay restaurants shops and entertainment. Rooms modern and beds comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but otherwise well equipped. Lots of car parking outside. Found the electronic door lock cards to be a bit temperamental but reception quickly reprogrammed them to resolve the issues.

This is my second time staying at future inn hotel. Amazing hotels. Parking great. Staff are friendly. breakfast is a wide variety. Only problem we had was our key card was playing up, they had a queue at reception for check-in and we had to wait which is not a great when you’ve already checked in and then you have to stand outside your room for 15 minutes.
