Great value and even better location
We booked a standard room with bridge view. Definitely worth the extra for the view it was outstanding. Very iconic. The hotel was great value for money and in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill with links to Kings Cross. Our room was 643 and we’ve attached a picture of our amazing view from our room. There were signs of wear and tear in the room and throughout the hotel but for the money you pay you can’t really grumble. We would 100% return and have recommended to family and friends.

Average room but appalling service
Hotel views were amazing however room was very tired. Does need a refurb. Location great for sightseeing. The reception team were really pleasant but the restaurant team were appalling! Rude and disrespectful. Expensive red wine turned up chilled asked for English mustard and plonked a bottle of American mustard on table. Lots of tables free but made me wait as I was a single woman. Really disappointed with service. No tea or coffee in the room but bed was comfortable.
