Dissapointed Stay.
We checked in on Saturday. On Sunday evening, there was no water for several hours...mind you, when we initially went to report this to the front desk, we were told that the water would be back in "half an hour". Later in that night, the fire alarm in the entire hotel was going off and there were zero announcements made as to why. This continued for about 6 times or more every 15 to 20 minutes. At the sound of the 2nd alarm thereabouts, we went to enquire what was going on but no plausible reason was given and this continued. From a safety standpoint, this is inexcusable for any business muchless a hospitality business. Patrons generally trust you with their safety by booking to stay at your hotel and this is how you handle a fire alarm going off multiple times??? That is totally unacceptable. As if things weren't bad enough, when we tried to shower on the following morning, Monday, there was no hot water...and again, no notification, no nothing.
