Definitely will stay again and again. Had a handicap room for my daughter and my husband and I slept comfortably on the sofa bed. Near laundry area so there was an intermittent noise that started like a scream which startled me and my husband thinking our daughter was screaming in pain. Would have preferred not to hear whatever noise that was at night. Other than that, no complaints. Every thing was clean and breakfast was very good with healthy options. Loved the oatmeal bar! Lots of great toppings.

The carpet in the bed room was ripped, there was a stain in the bathtub, the bathroom door had a black mark on the bottom of the door, the hall carpet showed extreme ware, the door key failed and a new battery had to be installed. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Very impressed with the hotel. Room was like an apartment. Sitting area, kitchenette with full size fridge, even a dishwasher. Pool was heated but still refreshing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was lovely. Every staff person I encountered was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was yummy. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I have to have my morning coffee! The pool was very nice. I would stay there again. My only issue was the elevator. There was only one in a large hotel and it was quite busy. This hotel is centrally located to many things including The North Charleston coliseum and the beach.

The Residence was very spacious and very clean. We surprisingly did not hear planes despite its proximity to the airport. We would definitely stay again. You can’t beat Charleston!
