Worst hotel stay of my life. Bugs, urine smell, filth. Stayed one night because it was already late and found different hotel for rest of stay even though the hotel and hotels.com would not refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

NOISY dog barking late into the night kids playing in the halls. Left the building at 9:00 office wasn’t open yet. Rooms need upgraded.

Front desk check is was rude. We checked in at 8:45, immediately after we checked in she closed the roll down shutter. There was no one in the lobby to assist people, our room didn’t had any towels and by the time we figured it out there was no in at reception to give us any. The front door to the lobby was locked and the room key didn’t open it so if you went out you got locked out.
The beds were dirty and had dead bugs on them. We found used staples in the sheets and the corridors wreaked of weed.

Furniture had been roughly handled . TV very limited. Bathtub fixtures were loose from the wall but still worked. Mostly a pretty tired and worn place in need of refurbishing.

The hotel, is in a state of decay. Furniture in the room was chipped and damaged. The hallways had an odor. There were virtually no amenities in the room.Not even a clean xbox. The shower curtain bar had pulled out of the wall and was reattached without patching the old holes. There was black mold.

The worst experience in my life. There is nothing satisfying with the hotel. Its dirty, bad smell of smoking, no maintenance of the room. Never go to this extended stay america.

Only gave one star because impossible to give ZERO stars. Room was not clean and there were numerous roaches seen throughout the stay. Hotel needs an update. We were obviously charged a fee much higher than the normal rate due to convention being held, even clerk checking us in seem surprised at the rate we paid. Was never given a parking permit for car, and almost had car towed away!!
I would never stay here again.

We booked two rooms, I asked the receptionist at check in if she could put the rooms close to one another and she said she can’t do anything since rooms were pre-booked (she lied) so she gave us 2 rooms on the 3rd and 2nd floors. The first room on the 3rd floor we walked into there was a burn mark on the counter as you walked into the room, there was a random screw that was poking out of the side of a floor cabinet, an old smoothie from the previous guest was found in the freezer, and the beds had old sheets from previous guests that was just reused cause it had dirt all over the beds. Second room on the second floor had a German roach in the bathroom. So I went down to the lobby and the receptionist said they can only change 1 room (didn’t wanna push the issue cause it was late and I was tired from driving) so we got a 2nd floor room cause the 3rd floor room was filthy and we were able to get a room across from each other. The replaced room was cleaner but had no microwave and when I asked the receptionist if they could put one in, her reply was that maintenance staff is off work the weekend and any type of room servicing will have an extra fee. At the rate I paid for two rooms I could’ve gotten a better hotel, the only thing this hotel had going for it was the distance from the venue we were attending the event at. Do yourselves a favor and pay a bit more for the comfort you deserve.

dirty, smells like cigs and weed and mold. no soap, one dirty towel and a bathtub that looked like it had not been wiped down in a month, hard soap chunks from previous guest stuck to shower walls.
