The right choice

We found the hotel to be in an excellent handy location. Shops and restaurants are at your door. Everything was perfect. Just keep in mind that the SPA is not included

A great location to explore Verona from. Site seeing, going to the Opera or just shopping, it is the heart of everything. A nice breakfasting the morning set us up for our return to the Lake. If staying in Verona again I would look at booking again.

Nice room - terrible parking

The apartment was separate from the hotel, at some driving distance from the hotel. The apartment was however great and within close walking distance from the historic centre. However, we, perhaps by not reading carefully did not know this, so it was somewhat of a hassle to be dependent on hotel transport to and from the apartment as it in the no driving zone in the city. However, what really was the major drawback was the terrible parking. It is very difficult to pick up and drop of luggage at the hotel, and no drop off spot outside the hotel, and we used more than an hour driving around to find a parking place as the hotel recommend parking garage was full. And then we had to drag a car full of luggage on sidewalks to the hotel. So in conclusion. The room was great, the staff very helpful, but terrible parking when the garage nearby is full and be aware that the apartment is not located together with the rest of the hotel.

Super well located, attentive front desk, decent breakfast, clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work much past the door to the room! Also, a bathroom should have an exhaust fan. Not excited to have an odour from the previous guest.
