We stayed at the Westin Nusa Dua for four nights around Christmas, and from check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. Our room (3223) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed, with excellent amenities throughout. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The gym was also a standout—spacious, well equipped, and fitted with modern equipment. We loved the hotel’s close proximity to the beach, with access to a beautiful stretch of sand that felt almost private, shared only with nearby hotels. The beachfront workout area was another great highlight. Dining options were plentiful, with a great selection ranging from Indonesian and Indian to Italian cuisine. We also enjoyed the massage services—the treatments were excellent, and the spa amenities were impressive, though we personally found the temperature contrast between hot and cold areas a bit extreme. A special mention as well: it was my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the Westin team for such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Hotel with fantastic breakfast

Great location in the area. Lovely pools - we enjoyed the saltwater pool and the quieter one near the premium rooms. Our room was a ground floor terrace looking out to gardens which was nice and quiet. Rooms are newer here and excellent. Comfortable beds and calm. Very family friendly, amazing breakfast buffet with all different kids of food - great choices for everyone. Loved the yoga and the wellness centre, fitness gym was very clean and modern also. Could use bikes from the hotel and enjoy riding around looking at other resorts close by. Would definitely recommend. Nice big lobby and staff very friendly and helpful

The entire staff was exceptional, always nice and smiling. The beach, the pool and the hotel garden are great, very well maintained. Very good breakfast, with a lot of gastronomy choices, both asian and european.
