We had 11 people with 2 different booking, staying 2 nights, checked in separately.
In the group, 2 people had same first name and similar last names. One was told he was not on the list, got other persons room. And when right person came, front desk gave the same key where the other had already in.
Both were so surprised of course.
And 3 out of 11 were told breakfast was not included and need to pay. They double checked and made sure it is included, front desk insisted to pay.
After long conversations, finally they found it was included.
On the first morning, one got knocked by cleaning staff and got told he needs to check out. Explained he has one more night, took long time to figure out for this simple matter.
