Of all the Hotel Zone resorts, this is the one!!
Great experience. Food was significantly upgraded from most all-inclusives. Everyone was so friendly even when we may have been a little inebriated. We were there for the Super Bowl and they hosted a party for the Americans at their sports bar. They even were able to find the English language broadcast. This may become our new annual tradition

Very nice hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful. We did however had bad luck with the room, it smelled like sewer but they eventually gave us a new room. Also, they are not prepared for full occupancy since the day more people arrived they didn’t have enough umbrellas neither at the pool nor the beach.
