This place NO LONGER EXISTS but they have NOT brought down any of their listings. Their phone numbers DON'T work and I nonetheless got charged for reserving at this non-existent hotel!

This is a semi-apartment building - what they used to call a residential hotel. There is a nicely appointed living room, a kitchen with a microwave (needs a mini- fridge, which my room had last year), a good bedroom (with a very cranky TV), and a decent bathroom, which they have really tried to update. No AC in the summer, no heat in the winter . . . there’s a large fan for the former and an electric heater for the latter. Excellent location, fabulous service.

Mixed views
It's a mix of feeling toward this Hotel. I think that management don't care very much about this Hotel and the potential it has in the area. The front desk people are very nice. No A/C , Need to ask for an electric fan for the night, the bed sheet was never changed but was neatly fixed every day, (4 days). Don't get me wrong its a very beautiful hotel and the area is amazing. The owner needs to improve more the building....and place towels daily, and not to wait until your guest need one and have to ask for it. At least I have few good stories to tell.

Do not stay here!
This hotel is absolutely horrible. There's black mold in the bathrooms, multiple smoke alarms that were beeping non-stop because the batteries were dying, dirty sheets, windows that don't lock, and they only provide one towel. I have nothing a positive to say about this hotel.

The hotel was spacious and it had nice beds and rooms, it’s a little old but the price is alright.

Great location for great price
Great location, great comfy bed and good breakfast. Only negative is no mini fridge in room like other reviews, so maybe unlucky.

There were black hair strands all over the bed and a unknown pill capsule on top to the TV stand.

Great service, so-so rooms.
A true "residence". My suite included a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and two, dirty heating elements. There were no pots, pans, eating utensils, cups or glasses. The "living room" furniture was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but no paper handkerchiefs and minimal soap. The bedroom was pleasant, although we couldn't get the TV to work (some secret we didn't understand, perhaps). Greatest concern: no AC and no fans - it can be hot in Mexico City in the late afternoons! The desk clerk was fantastic, helping us make arrangements for transportation and wake-up calls. He even called to tell us that the time was changing that evening! I could handle any of the small inconveniences, but the no AC/fan is a deal breaker.

The hotel is ok but could be great if they were to pay more attention to cleanliness. Breakfast is poor, no choices and very dirty breakfast area.

Clean and comfy
Great little spot for our one night in town. Central area and very friendly staff. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, and the whole family came to help change the sheets and get the bathroom ready. The hotel itself is on the older side and a little shabby (we would have paid less for the same condition where we live, you're definitely paying for location) , but clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!
