Our rooms were very clean, the pool area was inviting and breakfast was tasty with different items to choose from day to day. But..The best thing about our stay was actually the staff! Makayla checked us in and was amazing super friendly every time we encountered her. The rest of the staff was great as well. Amhen was super outgoing and there was a manager who i called a social butterfly because he was truly so friendly and personable not to mention so helpful. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Staff was fantastic! Room not quite on same level...had 3 dispensers in shower but not one of them was shower gel. 2 shampoos and a conditioner, not great. 2 plates in the room...I was there 6 nights, needed more than 2 plates. Dishwasher didnt work, wouldnt start. Had about 3 or 4 hard worms crawling around in my room at different times. Breakfast was ok. Fitness room had everything you need. Bottom line is Ill probably try someplace else on my yearly trip to Orlando for a trade show.
