The front desk is way at the end of the hotel hotel under construction front desk should’ve been centered in the main lobby they had a cashiers office that had zero purpose but yet had a line of people in front of it because the front desk was too far away …… very friendly staff though!

Disappointed on property
We were appalled when we went to our room. The room seemed to not have bee renovated since the 70s. The rattan drawers were lopsided, there was a dirty mop and pail in the closet, the bathroom dirty , dilapidated etc. The kitchen was old and dirty. I went back to the check in and told them it was unacceptable. The good news is that after 10 minutes of waiting while they were checking for an option, we were moved to a nice updated clean room.
