It was quite a comfortable & quiet place to stay with a nice view, but the walk to MTR was more than 10 minutes.

8/10 Very good

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at Rosedale, staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Yet, the breakfast was rather mediocre with minimum selection, food was very average not worth the money charged.

Very old hotel, musty smell. Best part of hotel is central location and helpful staff.

10/10 Exceptional

Great breakfast buffet with bacon, sausages, ham and hard-boiled eggs always a mainstay. Very convenient location with the A11 and E11 airport buses stopping nearby. The lifts are the only minor inconvenience. There were only two working lifts during my latest stay and they were often crowded and slow.

Close to Victoria park is nice, but the hotel is aging out. Shopping is close by and location is convenient to get to convention centre.
