8/10 Very good

Staff was very welcoming and accomodating! Property clean and well maintained but could use some updates. Rooms could use a little modernizing with some flooring updates (vinyl flooring vs carpet) mattresses was just ok and room was a little on the dark side. Location was great very convenient to harbor and downtown area.

We stayed Fourth of July weekend and our family of four had a wonderful stay. Convenient location within walking distance to the waterfront. Outdoor pool was well maintained. Staff was very responsive unfortunately my toddler got sick and threw up all over the rug. Somebody was there within 30 minutes to deep clean the rug and dry it.
