Top of the scale from pulling up to the Valet/Bellman. To the front desk, where all of are questions were well answered. All staff we come across was Extremely nice and professional. Tim the Valet and Sam at the front desk help us tremendously. The food at The Palm was incredible. Amanda, our server was all around perfection! From explaining the menu and what to expect from what we order and very professional. Amanda was very nice and respectful with us. Myself my wife and our 14yr old daughter.
