Whenever we are in Calgary we stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time the hotel wasn’t up to its usual standards. The hallway was very dirty, our toilet seat was loose (sliding around), and the closet door was broken. In the morning (9am) someone tried to open our door. I went and looked and house cleaning tried to come on without knocking. Luckily we had the top lock done so no one was able to walk in on my children getting dressed.

Great hotel to stay at with kids . Very convenient location to sports venues , shopping and downtown isn’t to far . Would definitely stay again.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot tub was out of service the second night,otherwise great and staff very accommodating.
