Everything was good and well and we checked in early but we left our luggage with the concierge and went for shopping. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for family stay, and amazing breakfast buffet daily! Room was clean and nicely appointed. Great location for walking around. The only thing we didn't like as much were the very firm beds. We slept OK, but in an American chain hotel when I booked it I'd expected softer US standard beds not asia standard "hard" beds. Still a very nice hotel all around, highly recommended.
