Well I was for 14 days the GM zanddy is nice I was hope get rate before my time to check out, Room is fine, hotel need a lot clean improvements, like stairs floors and walls, is bug yes, so bring your better pest poison spray to feel better is a. I’ve place to stay until you pass move you new home that rooms at least have the essentials

Unfortunately, the stay was not satisfactory. The hotel corridors were dirty and there was trash on the stairways. The room was also full of small cockroaches, and we had to use insecticide ourselves. This situation was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

Didn’t stay more than 15 mins. The home had roaches. The front desk attendant gave the same room as me to another couple. They walked right into the room after being there 5 mins. They realized the door didn’t even shut and lock. You just pull the handle it popped right open. Anyone could have walked in. Then the front desk attendant was gone. We left the keys with the security guard. Not an ideal situation or anyone. Huge safety concerns.

This hotel needs a renovation. The door looked ajar even when shut. It looked like there was an attempt at a break in. The night stand was broken. Dents all over the walls and floors. While walking up the stairs the room, I smelled marijuana .

What has really made this place outstanding is its staff. It is now being led by the wonderful Sandy who is a delight beyond words with a proficiency that's out of this world. As many have said she is a force to be reckoned with and makes this place feel like a home befitting its name! Thank you Hometown studios once again for such a wonderful staff.

Would not recommend staying here. While the staff was friendly and did the best they could, the room conditions are fine at first glance but slowly turned out to be a stressful stay. Upon first entry, the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop chirping every 2 min. Turns out there was no battery in it and that was fixed but after hours of waiting. The biggest issue was that the shower didn’t work in our room and after contacting the front desk about it they acknowledged the issue but there was no sense of urgency. Nothing happened until we contacted them again and were told a part needed to come in and that it would be fixed the next morning. It was never fixed for the remainder of our stay. We then saw bugs in the room including roaches, got a parking violation for backing into a spot? And our key cards would randomly stop working requiring us to have to go to the front desk and get them reactivated. The only pros of the room were the AC, TV, and large refrigerator/freezer. Other than that the experience of staying here stressed us out and i would not recommend staying here if relaxing or showering is your goal.

Dirty ,sticky furniture, room infested with roaches crawling on the walls, shower and floor . I could not let anything on the floor overnight , otherwise the roaches would take refuge underneath . Even their front desk office was dirty . Very unsanitary place with low than avergae standars . I ended up leaving early and fighting for a proper refund with the front desk and Orbitz.

Roaches and more roaches. They were everywhere. Dirty floors and cabinets, really run down and very loud with truckers pulling in and out behind hotel. Neighbor blasted music all day long. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. I would never stay here again. Wifi was ok but not dependable. TV channels did not match channel on screen. Just a horrible experience.
