We checked in at the desk at 12:00 and the room was not ready. It still was not ready at 2:30 so we had to wait until 3. The room they put us in at first was not the same as what we booked - it was smaller and had only one window and rafters. It also smelled very strongly like cleaner and the window would not open. We complained and they moved us to the third floor to the actual room that we booked. However, the shower drain did not work and the bathroom got flooded from the shower drain. The staff cleaned out the drain, but then the room smelled horrible like sewage. We tried to move rooms again but the next room windows would not open. So we stayed in the smelly room - the staff were able to get the smell to go away for one day, but the smell came back. Aside from the smell, the room was nice, good windows, good bathtub, comfortable bed.

The manager, Tim, was superb. He went above and beyond to insure our comfort. My wife is handicapped and when informed she had trouble with the size of the tub, he moved us to a more friendly room to make it easier on us. He provided personal care and attention and really made our stay enjoyable.
