Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely disgusting. We left a day early just to go home and avoid having to shower in the disgusting bathroom or sleep on the beds. The room smelled awful and the floor was so dirty it turned our socks/feet black. It smelled awful- like dingy wet clothes and cigarettes- even though it’s supposedly 100% smoke free. The front desk staff was nice enough- but if someone actually cleans those rooms I’d be surprised. The bedding was stained and the amount of dust build up kind of just proves my point. We had to sleep there 1 night and i literally slept on top of some of my clothes to avoid touching the bedding. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never ever leave reviews, especially bad ones. But whoever is in charge of cleanliness at this red roof does not do their job. I wanted a refund but didn’t even argue about it because I was just so desperate to leave a day early. Gross.

We stayed two nights they never came to clean our room. We had no clean towels ran out of toilet paper. There were bugs all in the bathroom was afraid it was a bed bug.

Nasty hotel. Stains and semen saturated bed mattress, i've never seen mattressed this bad. They moved us to another room just as bad with stained mattress, broken dresser drawers, wiring where a firedetector should be and caked on grim you just don't want to touch. We asked for a refund that she said we couldn't have. But in fear of bedbugs ẁe went to another hotel, it's just not worth taking a chance. We left. Askewhichedst

Front door on our hotel room was broken ! We did not get the room we requested . there was no towels, no soap. We asked for a room with a king size bed, fridge, raider, and microwave, which was not here. It was a lot of problems.

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience.
Once I arrived to check In they're is a note that a $50 CASH deposit was required and you had 24 hours to collect once you checked out, or you lost it- when I got to the room- the smell was awful, I had to run AC full to try to get the room aired out. The carpet between the two beds were wet. When I pulled the shower curtain there was a dried dirty washcloth on the shower rod-
There was no phone in the room for any communication with the office. The caulk around the bathtub was moldy and coming out.
Unfortunately I did a late check in and was not able to find another room that night.
Very disappointing.

Never again hotels.com
Booked a room through hotels.com and got a authorization yes they had rooms. Went to the hotel and the front desk rude woman says we don't have any rooms you don't have a reservation. I looked around the hotel and you can see plenty of open drapes meaning an empty room. I don't know what her game was but I called hotels.com and it took it over an hour to finally get them to say they spoke to her and confirmed what I already told them! Then another few to find me a ratty hotel in the wrong part of town I told them about and not on the way back to Columbus from Detroit. I said just give me my money back and I hung up. Stop it a couple of hotels on the drive and everything is booked so I'm driving 3 hours back to Columbus in the middle of the morning 3:00 a.m.!

This Red roof Inn is awful, There were small trash bags in the hallway by the over running Garbage cans. Right before I got to my room walking down another hallway smelt like straight urine. Get inside my room the dresser is completely broken,as in it was missing the bottom draw completely and the other two were stuck .the light was going out and it was super low and blinking( I was Told that maintenance will be here in the morning, no one can help me tonight) cigarette holes on the comforter and sheets and mildew on the shower curtain. Went directly back down to the front desk to ask for a different room and was told with an attitude that all the rooms are the same. If you want to fell safe dont stay here.
