The rooms in this hotel don’t represent a 5 star hotel room. We upgraded to gold and yet the bathroom wasn’t as well maintained. Our family had non-gold rooms and had curtains in washroom like a motel washroom. Breakfast was good though with lots of variety. Service and staff were ok. I believe it’s such a busy hotel and close to the haram so they don’t make effort to raise the standards to a true 5 star hotel.

Whenever we needed assistance, they were always there with a positive attitude and genuine care. People like Salahuddin make a real difference to a guest’s experience, especially during such a meaningful journey as Umrah. His dedication and excellent customer service deserve to be recognised. We loved our stay, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and amazing view of the Kaaba. Breakfast buffet had many options, highly recommended as you dont want to go out looking for food in the crowded food court. InshAllah will visit Makkah soon.
