The best thing about the room was that it was not carpeted and the tv had good basic channels. Otherwise, the building in general smells bad, the “breakfast” was inedible, our ground floor window had a broken lock, it’s generally dingy and depressing.
We chose to stay here for relative proximity to the airport without spending over $300. Also we thought the restaurants across the street were accessible. But it’s a schlep to get to the crosswalk and then to the restaurants. (The sushi and the coffee shop were really good though)We chose the place

The worst experince ever in my life. My room was totally destroyed doors cabinets ,carpets, smell nasty, the bath tub is rusted and need to be replaced or glazed. For you convinience, shut down this location is such as terrible image for your chain

The room is very very spacious. The hot water is always perfect in the shower and the dishwasher works great! The staff are always ever-present and they try to do their best to accommodate the clients. Also, the surrounding parking lot is always safe. The residents are very kind as well.

They cancelled our room and gave it to someone else. Then were not helpful to get the issues resolved. They also processed our payment, so the money had come out of the bank as well. The gentlemen working were nice, but not helpful to our situation. We had to leave since they “didn’t have our reservation”; which was not true. The cleanliness and overall aesthetics of the hotel was not good.

The rooms haven’t been updated or maintained and there were broken cabinets & the tub had mold. There were roaches in the room as well. I have to say that when I checked in the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Room was not clean. No mattress for the pull out couch. Asked front desk for mattress, blankets, and sheets. They said they would bring them and never brought them up.
Did not stay for breakfast. The sheriff was walking off the elevator onto our floor at 6am as we were leaving for the airport. We decided to get our kids out of the hotel.

My stay fell significantly below acceptable hospitality and sanitation standards. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty, there were roaches present in the bathroom, and the room had a strong cigarette odor, making the space uncomfortable and unsanitary. The appliances were visibly old and rusted, suggesting poor maintenance overall. Additionally, the fire alarm went off twice around 2:30 a.m., causing sleep disruption and raising serious safety concerns. The property also appeared to be short-staffed, and timely assistance was not available when issues occurred. Due to the cleanliness concerns, pest infestation, persistent smoke odor, and repeated overnight disturbances, the stay did not meet basic health, safety, or quality expectations, and negatively impacted the overall experience.

The minute you come inside the hotel, it smelled and it got worse as we went to the room. Just glad it was close to universal studios and we only went for one night to stay over. If not I would have just found another place to check in. Which almost happen but we were all tired. And the pull up couch looked like it was brought from the dumpster.
