I will be back!

The hotel is centrally located. Tremendous breakfast and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. A few minutes from the metro. A short walk from the central train station and really short walk to all the major attractions. Lots of grocery stores nearby and A lake steps from the hotel with a great walking cycling or jogging path around it!!

Good for business trips

Just a normal hotel, good for business trips. Gym is old and not nice, but it is possible to drop in another Scandic hotel I the area to use the gym, this is a big plus. Sauna is nice!

Staff was friendly. Room cleanliness ws not up to the mark. Toilets are old and not properly cleaned. Breakfast was good. Location was nice. Price wise it is expensive.

hotel near Tvoli amusement park so breakfast can be overrun by kids. pillows too soft. requested for non-handicap room at time of booking but was still initially given one. Front desk immediately changed rooms and we got one with a good view of planetarium and lake.

Good value in an expensive city

Scandic Copenhagen is a good choice when staying in the city. It is close to the main shopping area and across from a wonderful lake where you can walk or run. Rooms are very large and well maintained. Breakfast was chaotic - very crowded and a bit too busy for me. Front desk was not as helpful as in other hotels - need to work on customer service

Gutes Hotel in Toplage

Größe der Junior Suite war ausreichend. Leider gibt es zum Bad mit WC nur eine Glastür die nicht versperrbar ist und ein kleiner Spalt offen bleibt. Frühstück ist wunderbar. Die leeren Teller werden auch gleich abgeräumt. Es gibt 4 Lifte, die alle sehr schnell sind. Man muss nicht lange warten. Die Lage ist top. Ca 10 Minuten zum Rathausplatz und auch ca 10 hast du noch Minuten zum Bahnhof.

Det allerførste møde med personalet i receptionen, var virkelig godt. Receptionisten spurgte interesseret i vores ophold og fortalte om hotellet. Værelset var rigtig fint - med udsigt over søerne. Morgenmaden var lækker og varieret.

Helt greit, veldig travelt

Rommene er helt ok. Frustrerende at man må bestille vask av rom og frokost kvelden før. Jeg ønsker rommet vasket hver dag og ønsker ikke å bestemme tidsrommet for frokost kvelden før. Frokost buffer var ikke spesielt innbydende. Alt for dårlig kapasitet og kaotiske tilstander. Vi hadde bestilt frokost 9, og pga full frokost sal var det ikke mulig å blir ferdig til 9.30. Da var det frustrerende at det ikke ble fylt på der det var tomt og at de begynte å rydde bort 0925. Kommer nok ikke tilbake hit.
