Comfortable Accommodation
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nickolai at reception was extremely helpful and very efficient. Great shopping centre next door called Coppenhagen Mall. The only negative would be that there are 2 layers of steps at front entrance. This makes it hard to get your suitcases up to foyer. There is a wheelchair/suitcase lift next to stairs but was difficult to operate. Suggest putting a ramp in. Overall great accommodation and we had great view over the water.

If you don’t ride, don’t bother . . .
We wanted a nice hotel for a family reunion in Copenhagen so decided to splurge on this hotel after reading the reviews. To say it was disappointing for the price would be an understatement. The hotel is located a very very long walk away from most attractions so if you don’t ride a bike stay somewhere closer. It’s one redeeming factor is proximity to the meat packing district. The hotel breakfast was cafeteria style at best - press button orange concentrate and something that looked like scrambled egg before machine coffee. In our opinion given the room size (we had superior), the poor location and the price, overall we couldn’t recommend this hotel. Try something closer to town . . .

Wonderful staff at reception. Great views over Copenhagen inner harbour. Huge shopping mall right next door. Short walk to train, metro and water bus, gives access to all of the major sightseeing attractions. Highly recommended.

Although slightly out of the way, a lovely hotel with comfortable room and bedding. Room service was fine except i was delivered the wrong meal. With no apologies or replacement meal. Great shopping plaza next door and train station a 5 minute walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean. The only downside is it was difficult to find and get to the entrance when I first arrived. I had to go through the shopping mall next door as I had a large and heavy luggage and there were no lifts outside to get from the street level to the entrance level. Apart from that, everything else was good. Internet worked beautifully in the room. Fast and reliable.

Great location!
Great hotel located in a really convenient area. There's a mall next door and the nearby Vesterbro area has plenty of dining options within walking distance, including the trendy meat packing district. Also walking distance to the city centre. The only complaint I had was on the day of the checkout, I wanted to sleep in to take advantage of the 12pm checkout as I don't sleep well on flights but from just before 9am, the cleaning staff repeatedly came into my room waking me up. It would be good if they could've just waited until I checked out first.
