Unfortunately, my stay at this location was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was difficult to find hotel staff readily available to assist with basic questions or concerns. The most concerning issue was that the water stopped working for several hours during my stay, which is unacceptable for any lodging experience, let alone one that is expected to provide essential services. Access to running water is a basic necessity, and the lack of it created a major inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed what appeared to be a bloodstain in the hallway, which was deeply unsettling and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. I expected a much higher standard for the rate paid and hope management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.
