Quite restricted. Limited service and no restaurant open on weekends and public holidays. Check in was friendly and open late but the toom was very stifling and stale and had a funny smell perhaps coming from one of the drains? Needs more airing out and freshening up. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room compact and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Due to the high turnover of guests, I'd like to see the property increase its environmental sustainability by removing individual soap bars from the bathroom and replacing with a soap dispenser.

We stayed at the Quality Hotel Melbourne airport before our trip, the room was small but very clean and was well appointed. The restaurant on-site was very nice with a good variety of food and reasonably priced. They offer a shuttle service which we didn’t need but it’s available if you do and breakfast which is also really good. We would stay here again and highly recommend
