Floors seemed noisy and our curtains didn’t close all the way and there was a security light that came directly into our room. Breakfast was decent and staff was very polite. We checked in a little after 3pm, the lady at the desk was exceptionally nice. We enjoyed the patio parking access in our room. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, the kids enjoyed swimming. The only thing I think should be changed is the specific shower head in the room we had, i think it may have been on its last leg. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

The room was so humid, the humidity was in the sheets, carpet and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom tub and enclosure were rusted, stained and the ceiling perimeter was pulling away from wall and developing mold, shower curtain was yellowing at bottom and toilet seat did not fit toilet. I will not be returning.

Things that should be corrected

We asked for maid service on the first night, never received it! Also asked for the bottle of body eash to be replaced, it never was! I had to go.to.the front desk and ask for a new bottle, replaced myself. We had two bottles of hair conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner.
