Amazing holiday! Room, food and service all 5 star level! If you have a chance to book with Palace lounge access it will make your holiday special! Absolutely worth it! You’ll get truly royal treatment, with access to a peaceful place for breakfast, little treats and drinks throughout the day, and cocktails specially created just for you. We LOVED this hotel. The food and staff were awesome! The traditional Indonesian decor added to the cultural experience. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable! The beach was so much fun, and the ocean was easy to swim in. Lots of other activities were available, like parasailing, glass-bottom boats, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. Highly recommend getting the Palace Club addition, which includes breakfast, tea, and a very nice happy hour with a great view. We plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Bali!

Plenty of weddings arranged here in the area but not so noisy as to keep you up late, rather serve as entertainment along the beach walkway. The staff, pools, beach and all facilities were wonderful. We were also amazed by the breakfast - so many options and the clear labelling for dietary needs was a great point of difference. Note that the property is currently under renovation but the noise was kept to a minimum. The condition of the rooms in the area I was in showed definite signs of age and wear but hopefully they'll be renovated soon.
