We LOVED this hotel. The food and staff were awesome! The traditional Indonesian decor added to the cultural experience. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable! The beach was so much fun, and the ocean was easy to swim in. Lots of other activities were available, like parasailing, glass-bottom boats, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. Highly recommend getting the Palace Club addition, which includes breakfast, tea, and a very nice happy hour with a great view. We plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Bali!

The sprawling property is dated and needs renovations. Our room was fraught with damage needing three calls to management to address. On our first night, the airconditioning unit was leaking onto the hallway floor and bathroom entrance. Then we noted leak from commode that caused malodorous residual smell in the room. All of the above were fixed and we received profuse apologies from managers. It was an unnecessary inconvenience if the rooms were well maintained. Otherwise, breakfast buffet was superb and varied. The pool and spa were quite nice and catered to families and a separate quiet area for adults. It is well situated on the beachfront. The beach area could use sprucing as it was dirty after high tide.

The services, staff, rooms, amenities, foods anf everything else were excellent, can't fault it!. That was our first time stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back to stay there again. One downside was the wifi did not reach beach area. We spent time a lot on the beach loungers as we wanted to relax more. Everytime we needed to connect to wifi to contact our children, we had to go to Tamarind restaurant or pool area.
