Conveniently located - however don’t stay in Rm 4
I was upgraded to a larger room, #4. What they don’t mention is that it is directly above the housekeeping store. The soundproofing of the room was also in question as I could hear people talking in the hall, every time the lift ding. The bed was old, however I did notice that they were replacing beds during my visit. Conveniently located to the wharf, great gin and towels!

I travel every fortnight for work, this is by far the most comfortable, easiest to access and best located hotel I’ve stayed in. There wasn’t a thing about it that I didn’t love (and I’m annoyingly fussy)

Great location. Great hotel. We’ll visit again.
This hotel is in a fantastic location and has old world charm with modern touches. It is up with the best we’ve stayed in multiple trips to Hobart and was fantastic value and thanks to hotels.com VIP we were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of Mt Wellington. The bar was also great with good service and cocktails. We will definitely stay here again.

Overpriced and very disappointing. I was expecting a luxury stay and was beyond disappointed. The property is nice but not as described. Extremely upset by the lack of security - a room key was given to someone without my authority. Staff didn’t seem too concerned and lied to me saying the person knew the room number. No breakfast included despite Not being given an upgrade. The only difference between an upgrade room is larger towels and robes. Otherwise the rooms are essentially the same. I would not stay here again. I paid $1000 for 2 nights. Not worth it.
