It was clean, tidy and spacious. The staff were lovely and they they had extra blankets, heater, pillows, fans there ready for our use - that was the best! Not having to ask for a single thing. And a good laundry.

Photo looks better than it was. It is very old but clean. Hot and cold Taps on sink in bathroom a challenge to wash hand in warm water. reaching the soap, hand cream etc in pump impossible for any child or elderly with bad mobility. plugs to use hair dryer behind basin (so no where to lean the dryer on whist drying hair) biggest issue was very limited space to hang clothes. only a small rail with some hooks over the dressing table - had to hang long clothes in the bathroom- no drawers to unpack anything else.
