Those are usually pretty good, but this one in Shelbyville distinguished it by having good local and franchise restaurants within a short walk, a gym and WalMart also a short walk away, and good running walking trails and roads right out the door,

It was fine to stay close to the XC course and have quick access to Aldi and Walmart, but the rooms are basic and dated. Hotel staff was accommodating when I asked to either have fresh linens or switch rooms after finding stains on the bed as soon as we walked in.
