It's OK for a budget stay.
Place is starting to look a little old and tatty in the rooms. Time for a renovation I think. I hadn't stayed here for quite some time but it was central to our activities so thought I would stay here mainly for the convenience. It's a budget stay in my books and with that, you'll get a certain type of guest from time to time who makes the stay a little trying. We had a very very loud group of people next door who pretty much partied until after 1am on Wednesday morning so little sleep was had. Accommodation is only average at best as mentioned. The pub is OK...food was good, service was average at best. They can probably lose the "Irish" in the title of the property as there's nothing remotely Irish about the pub, apart from some Shamrocks on the menu.
